Let It Snow, our 2020 Chirstmas pop-up upended yuletide with a December pop-up degustation feast of next-level foodie festivity. International chef Shane Yardley served up a heavenly reinvention of traditional Chrissy fare. 

WHAT WAS ON THE MENU?

Table smoked salmon
Avocado sorbet, crisp rye bread, cucumber gel, horseradish snow, salmon skin crackle

Dry-aged duck breast
Braised duck leg Wellington, chestnut and duck skin crumble, baby carrot, parsnip puree, spiced duck jus

Pickled watermelon rind, frozen maple & crisp sourdough bread

Christmas pudding ice cream, caramelised peach, dehydrated panettone
