Looking for something a little more exclusive to enhance your Jazzfest? How about a carefully-curated five-course experience, fusing the flavours of 1920s New York with a modern twist! Behind a hidden door on The Strand, you'll need a passcode handy to enter our bespoke gourmet venue, where you'll enjoy the silky, sultry sounds of international sensations Izzy and Moe.

Their extraordinary musical range will take you on a melodic meander, from Sam Cooke to Olivia Dean, Elvis to Pink Floyd, Amy Winehouse to Mazzy Star and Massive Attack, and many more places in between.

With a menu inspired by the era and designed by acclaimed chef Dan Lockhart, delicious Prohibition-period drink matches and music so sensual, it'll leave you purring, we promise a night you won't forget in a hurry.

  • Known for their captivating harmonies and polished delivery, Izzy + Moe form a sultry, beautifully blended power duo who thrive on the elegance of live, acoustic music.

    They have the ability to provide a spellbinding delivery without the use of tracks or gimmicks. Using only the occasional loop pedal, Izzy + Moe’s capability of rounding out their style and performance is why they are a consistent favorite among viewers of all ages.

    They travel around the world performing in high-end venues both on land and at sea on luxury cruise liners, providing world-class entertainment to a diverse and rotating clientele.

  • In the kitchen we have Dan Lockhart. 

    Dan is Executive Chef at Saint Wine Bar and Kitchen Takeover. He sharpened his skills at top restaurants in the Bay, including Fife Lane as their 'Mibrasa Master,' before moving to a family-friendly role. Prior to that, he spent five years in Melbourne, working at renowned venues like Republica and Press Club. His effortless, ingredient-focused dishes are inspired by seasonal produce.
