Welcome to ‘Christmas Carnaval’, Bay of Plenty’s sun-drenched festive-season secret supper, brought to you by award-winning pop-up restaurant, Kitchen Takeover. From November 16th – December 22nd, Christmas Carnaval will feature a five-course dining delight for three nights a week, at a brand new sleek secret Tauranga location. Christmas Carnaval will be the first event to be held at this exciting new venue in Tauranga
Our Executive Chef, Shane Yardley, will work with Head Chef, Will Dods, to curate the culinary experience, reflecting Brazil’s rich cuisine heritage, with influences from Portugal, Africa, Italy, and even Japan.
The dynamic mix provides huge scope to showcase local New Zealand produce with South American styling, while the menu will accommodate various dietary requirements, including pescatarian, vegetarian, plant-based, gluten-free, and nut allergies.
As always, Kitchen Takeover’s liquid offerings will be just as good as the food – be prepared for the freshest, most vibrant cocktails and mocktails, along with our carefully curated selection of sumptuous wines, spirits and soft drinks. To heighten the experience, you can also choose a drinks match – 5 glasses expertly paired to complement each course.
