“Find the ice skates… and you’ll discover our festive pop-up at the end of the alleyway where the present wrapped door awaits you…” Let It Snow, our 2020 Chirstmas pop-up upended yuletide with a December pop-up degustation feast of next-level foodie festivity. International chef Shane Yardley served up a heavenly reinvention of traditional Chrissy fare. 

What was on the menu?

Table smoked salmon
Avocado sorbet, crisp rye bread, cucumber gel, horseradish snow, salmon skin crackle
Dry-aged duck breast
Braised duck leg Wellington, chestnut and duck skin crumble, baby carrot, parsnip puree, spiced duck jus

Electric daisy dust
Mt Eliza Blue Monkey cheese
Pickled watermelon rind, frozen maple & crisp sourdough bread
Eggnog mousse
Christmas pudding ice cream, caramelised peach, dehydrated panettone

Spiced chickpea and cauliflower fritter, avocado coriander coconut yoghurt, 
crispy kale chips
Salt-baked beetroot tarte tatin
Pan roasted asparagus, semi-dried tomatoes, caramelised onion & date puree, hazelnut granola, marinated cashew nut cheese
