We were back for another round of Hunter Gatherer 2020.

We transformed Central Deli into a secret supper club with a hyper-local menu that celebrated the best of the Bay’s wild food scene. 

Kitchen Takeover, Hunter Gather took diners on a journey of 1.6 million years, harnessing the taste buds of our ancestors.

Astrolabe caught fish, crayfish bisque, saffron potato, confit fennel, sourdough cracker and roasted garlic rouille

Wild boar loin, twice-cooked shoulder, celariac puree, caramelised apple, sautéed tree spinach, black garlic, pickled blackberry jus

Smoked deer milk creme caramel, rhubarb compote, rhubarb and peril sorbet, bush honey meringue
