For all Kitchen Takeover events taking place in Level 2, the following additional safety precautions will be adhered to:

1/ 50 person capacity in indoor venue with 1m distancing between tables

2/ Following the 3S’s – seated, separated and served

3/ Reminding anyone who is feeling unwell or has family members with flu-like symptoms, to not attend to the event. The ticket is transferrable to another person and we are happy to welcome a friend or family member in their absence.

4/ Extra measures in place to ensure strict food safety practices and procedures.

5/ Additional staff on hand should any of our staff be unable to attend due to illness.

6/ All attendees will be asked to wash their hands when entering the event and hand sanitiser/hand washing facilities will be available and we encourage you to use this at regular intervals throughout the
evening.

7/ Tissues will be available at the event and we encourage all diners to follow Ministry of Health of guidelines about sneezing/coughing.

8/ Following the guidance from Ministry of Health regarding venue cleanliness.

9/Staggered entry for all attendees to minimise contact between diners.

If we are advised to cancel any of our events, we will reschedule for a later date. If you are unable to attend the revised date, we will offer you a full refund. We have 100 days to hold the event once Level 2 is reinstated in our region.
