Ready to tantalise your taste buds with a truly tropical treat? Kitchen Takeover is back from 4th November to 18th December to transport you to the Caribbean for our latest secret supper sensation. Taste the azure seas and balmy beaches in every mouthful as our chef’s take you on a sunshine-soaked journey of culinary influences, from Trinidad to Tobago, Cuba to Puerto Rico.

Shane Yardley and Rob Forsman are back in the kitchen to combine modern techniques with Kitchen Takeover’s signature style. They will create a six-course degustation that will capture the distinctive flavours of a region that is known as the melting pot of so many cultures, from Indoamerican to French, Chinese to Spanish. Will it be the succulent seafood, mouthwatering marinades, or tempting tropical fruits that will transport you to our delicious destination? Stop it, Jamaica me hungry!
