BUSH TO BREW
Get your game on! Kitchen Takeover have teamed up with cicerone extraordinaires Brewbus to bring you our first ever ‘bush to brewery’ experience. Join us for a lazy long lunch (12-2.30pm) or delectable dinner (5.30-8pm) over Father’s Day weekend on the rescheduled date of Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th February 2022 at a secret Tauranga brewery location, to experience a menu that intertwines the bounty of the bush with the brews of the Bay.
Meet the maker as our Master Brewer talks you through four unique and delicious beers, alongside a feast-style menu full of hunted game. Cooked on an Argentine asado style BBQ, each course will deliver foraged and fire roasted flavours that will make you cry “Ale yeah”!
This event will be hosted amongst the fermenters at a bespoke brewery which is opening its doors especially for us for the weekend. Diners will be seated communally for you to share a brew with like minded foodies. Based on our ‘bush to brew’ theme, this event is for wild-at-heart carnivores only who enjoy a crafty or two (or three, or four). We won’t be offering any alternative dietary requirements for this event so if meat isn’t your flavour, keep an eye out for our events with herbivore options.
The price of this event is $169 (plus a small booking fee) and includes four beers matched with a starter, feast style main course and dessert, all in a secret brewery location, 10 minutes from Tauranga CBD. There is the option for either lunch or dinner.
Note this event has to take place in Level 1. If we have to cancel again we will refund all ticket holders.
